岗位主要职责：
1、按照瑞思教学标准，教学大纲，教授课程； 2、负责营造富有激情，快乐的课堂氛围； 3、负责授课前的教学用具和课程的准备工作； 4、进行学员成长档案管理； 5、按要求进行课程教学并安排补课，分配补课任务； 6、和家长保持良好沟通，给家长制作报告 岗位要求： 1.大学本科以上学历，专业为英语或英语教育优先考虑； A university degree above majing in English / English Education; 2.英语表述流利；英语发音标准； High level of English language proficiency, especially in al English; 3.熟悉中国的教育体制，有少儿英语教学经验者优先； A good understing of the Chinese education system, grades 1-5 preferred; (knowledge of the western education system / teaching methodology would be an asset) 4.熟练使用Excel、Wd等通用办公软件； Good computer skills e.g.: MSWd, (other programs an asset) 个人素质要求 Personal Qualities 1.喜欢孩子，热爱教育 A love of children teaching! 2.愿意接受新的教学理念及教学方法 A willingness to learn new ways of doing thinking about education the teaching process. 3.积极向上并乐于助人 A helpful cheerful attitude 有符合以下描述者请慎投简历： 1、不准备在瑞沃迪长期奋斗者。 2、职场人生中频繁更换工作者。 3、没有目标，单纯追求者。 4、对教育事业没有任何热情者 福利待遇 收入：基本工资+课时补贴+其他各类考核（补贴） |
