岗位职责及任职要求：
职位描述：
1. 负责4-12岁学生英语课程的授课
2. 按照学校要求做好班级管理工作
3. 根据需要随时与学员及家长交流
4. 配合市场招生，做好招生演示课


Responsibilities:
1. Teach students who aged from 4-12 English courses
2. Implement the wk of class management in accdance with requirements of school
3. Communicate with students  parents anytime when is needed
4. Cooperate with market department,  give demonstration lessons 

任职要求：
1. 英语专业大专以上学历
2. 专业英语四级以上，口语流利，发音标准，能全英文授课
3. 热爱教育行业，性格开朗、活泼，善于与小朋友沟通交流
4. 有1年少儿英语教学或培训经验者优先
Qualifications：
1. College degaree with English  Engslih Education maj
2. TEM 4  above, fluent al english with good pronunciation,  be able yo teach whole lessons in English
3. Love teaching, cheerful  lovely, is good at communicating with children
4. 1 year Children’s English teaching  training experience is preferred
