Highly dynamic Feign Funded Food company is looking f experienced QC Supervis
Key Objective: 
- Establish QC team’s objective  achieve the target objective
- Organize all QC tasks  optimize the wk of all existing field inspects.
Key Qualifications:
- University degree in food technology, Chemistry  similar.
- Excellent level of English, spoken  written.
- Excellent communication  ganizational skills.
- Experienced QC person with proven results in the Food Industry  preferably in the Frozen Seafood market.
- Strong Knowledge on food processing.
- Well ganized highly motivated independent  self confident person with good netwking skills  real initiative to make things happen.
- Experience on HACCP, GMP, ISO etc.
- Ability to wk under pressure with efficiency.
- Willing to travel.
- Immediate availability is preferable.
- Trustwthy, loyal  reliable individual with solid references.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize QC teams wk
- Design of clear specification sheets f each product.
- Design of QC sheets f each product.
- Communicate with facties to ensure the respect of specification sheets.
- Organize, accding to priities, the daily wk of site inspects in co-dination with sales  administration departments.
- Supervise, in codination with site inspects, the release of raw material  finished product.
- Chase  analyze all QC sheets  communicate results to Sales.
- Manage effectively all claims in codination with sales  facties.
- Direct  revise facty audits; obtain facty up to date HACCP certificates.
- Establish data base with all existing  new facty audits, Product specification sheets  QC sheets.
- Follow up design  processing of new products in accdance with specification sheets. 
- Provide technical suppt to relevant departments to meet business development needs.
