工程师经理招聘

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers in product development of professional audio products including power supply  amplifiers, powered speakers, musical instrument  amplifiers  other  high perfmance acoustic systems.

Provide total solution to meet customer needs;
Define  review product architecture  specification in line with quality stard;
Determine the required validation plan f product release;
Contribute towards the improvement of the product development process, including cost  lead time reduction;
Provide guidance, training to the team in related technologies  foster their development into technical professionals.
 

Requirements:

Degree holder ( higher) in Electronics Engineering  equivalent disciplines
At least 10 years in product development, with minimum 5 years as in management capacity in professional  consumer audio products
Strong electronics manufacturing process  quality control knowledge
Strong leadership skills, resourceful  independent
Excellent communication skills with internal departments  customers
Capable to wk under pressure independently in multiple project environments
Fluent in English  Marin
Daily travel  wking in our centrally located Shenzhen office
