职位描述
Provide HR professional knowledge and quality support on recruitment, contracting, employee relations, reporting, and other project and/or admin tasks.
Recruitment process management:
- Headcount: check the budget, go through approval procedure and ensure compliance.
- JD review: standard format, approval per GAPP and review the profile with hiring manager.
- Draft and post ads, daily refresh recruitment advertisement online, CV screening.
- Conduct phone and onsite interviews professionally and provide the interview feedback.
- Maintain and archive resume email box.
- Arrange interviews and collect assessment feedback.
- Prepare salary proposal and issue offer letter.
- Arrange reference check and physical check up, follow the process and ensure finalization before onboarding.
- Prepare on board documents and arrange the registration.
- Manage internal transfer process per the recruitment procedure.
- Support campus recruitment project and other recruiting events/projects.
Direct resourcing:
- Develop more innovative direct sourcing channels and increase direct hire rate.
- Manage advertising agencies, internet and intranet to ensure effective recruitment.
- Review and further develop selection methodologies to enhance the quality and quantity of both volume and specialized direct hires.
- Promote and develop the employee referral scheme as a cost-effective recruiting tool.
Contracting:
- Manage the whole process of probation and contract renewal, from reminder to line manager to documents preparation.
- Manage separation process and documents preparation, ensure the filing compliance.
Reporting and administration:
- Be the in charge of HR reporting regularly and per request, need maintain the database to ensure the data and information updated and correct, submit before the deadline with accuracy.
- Maintain and update staff's information, HR filing & daily administrative support on a daily basis, ensure the timely filing and compliance.
- Be the in charge of staff’s personal file transfer-in and transfer-out in a timely basis, and the payment to the institutions and staff.
HR Initiative and project management:
- Responsible for recruitment and branding activities, eg. Graduate Program, AIESEC, Open Day etc.
- Support Your Say initiatives
HR services to staff:
- Support staff to provide the required documents for work permit and hukou application.
- Prepare the employment certificate and separation certificate.
Others:
- Other HR tasks assigned
Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)

- Good knowledge of Labor Law, and recruitment process & procedures
- Good data management and analysis

Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
- Three years’ experience as recruiter in MNC, experience in fast developing industry is preferred
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
- Bachelor degree and above
- Overseas experience is a plus
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, outlook)
Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
- Fluent English in written and verbal
Travel / Rotation Requirements (Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)
