Job responsibilities: Own "global remaining cash balances" and drive "clean AR balance position". Contact owners. Solution oriented actions. Cash application using Autobank functionality. Manual post processing using multiple external information systems. Generate Aging overviews for GSC internal and Commercial colleagues, enriched with collection commentary. Provide specific bad debt information on top of standard bad debt policy. Actively communicate with Credit/CSR team on customer AR balance enquires/reconciliation and resolve unapplied receipts Review bank activity and reconcile accounts as needed (daily / monthly). Act as representative from A/R team to participate in any cash app related projects in region. Other duties as ordered by the direct manager. Job requirements: University degree Preferably 2 years of relevant experience Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel A good understanding of general accounting processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and providing top notch customer service Great customer service is essential Excellent English language skills, verbal and written Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Disciplined to follow procedures IFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
