RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Market Research:
- Under the direction from the Business Program Manager, conduct research on targeted market/product segment to provide data/information.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, propose recommendations for improvement.
2. UltraXel Brand Positioning:
- Define and implement the yearly global marketing plan of the UltraXel brand to ensure differentiation and competitive advantage in target markets.
- Adjust brand strategies to support the brand’s growth within the B2B sector.
3. Expo Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute UltraXel’s participation in global B2B expos, ensuring that the brand is effectively showcased.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the expo strategy aligns with brand goals, driving lead generation.
4. Website Optimizing:
- Oversee daily operations of the UltraXel website, ensuring the content and functionality support business objectives.
- Optimize the website’s user experience to improve customer conversion rates and increase brand visibility.
5. UltraXel Paid Media Management:
- Oversee the brand’s content and presence on social media platforms and paid promotions, increasing brand visibility and business engagement.
6. Email Marketing Operations:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, using segmentation and content optimization to increase transfer rates.
- Monitor email marketing performance and regularly optimize content and strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on branding, digital marketing, and lead generation.
2. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, WeChat messages, etc.) and experience in running and optimizing campaigns.
3. Demonstrated ability to create and manage content across social media platforms and email marketing tools.
4. Experience in planning and executing international expos or large-scale B2B events.
5. Strong analytical skills to track marketing performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. Prefer bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Battery or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in brand positioning and digital marketing.
3. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and CRM platforms is preferred.
4. Prior experience in international marketing or working with global brands is a plus.
