职位描述
Job Responsibilities
- Organize end-to-end exports or imports requested by customers
- Collect, verify, write the shipping documents necessary for the transport of goods for import or export
- Offer the customer adapted transport according to the nature, value and/or dimensions of the goods.
- Collaborate in the resolution of difficulties in setting up services to customers in order to guarantee the quality of the services rendered
- Ensure the proper routing of the goods entrusted, and manage any claims or disputes related to a routing
- Comply with internal procedures and regulations related to our business.
- Optimize costs, margins and revenue for each shipment
- Ensure the follow-up of prospects
- Collaborate in the collection of customer receivables and inform of any collection difficulties to guarantee the financial interests of companies within the contractual deadlines.
- Endeavour to submit to management any proposals to improve productivity and profitability.
- Other tasks assign by the superior
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree, majored in French or commercial related
- 1 year or above working experience with familiar position
- Proficient in French, including verbal, reading, and writing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- With high sense of job responsibilities
