职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1.Create or modify test protocols to ensure products meet their designated level of quality and performance. Research products and compliance to ensure that test protocols cover all applicable regulations for product designated for sale in the country of destination. These protocols should also ensure product safety, including intended uses and possible misuses so products provide customer satisfaction and prevent product liability issues for Staples.
2.Manage the Product Testing Program through a network of independent 3rd party laboratories around the world. Review test findings and issue approvals based on products meeting test criteria on time and on budget, in order to meet shipments.
3.Manage the creation and maintenance of quality files according departmental guidelines. Ensure all records are complete and up to date. Maintain an electronic file system as a backup system for original records. Provide case studies, reports, specification sheets and any other documents as needed.
4.Coach, train and develop the business team members and suppliers on regulatory compliance, product quality and customer expectations for performance.
Job Requirement:
1.Knowledgeable in US, Canadian and European product standards and regulations.
2.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize them based on business needs.
3.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
4.Ability to work and partner with various teams, both internal and external as well as domestic and international.
5.Good research skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
6.Engeering major is preferred.
