Essential Duties ? Gain deep understanding of Cloverleaf architecture and the related technology stacks. ? Gain deep understanding of Infor Cloud technology stacks. ? Identify issues and limits of current architecture; enhance the product with technical innovations. ? Recognize industry trends and emerging technologies related to enhancement of current product's architecture ? Design and build prototypes of Cloverleaf enhancements; demonstrate and explain the architecture to development team Help provide technical leadership to Cloverleaf development team Create, maintain, follow, and promote well established software architecture best practices among co-workers Anticipate/resolve client problems relating to the product’s deployment and use; Work with customer support to resolve escalated problems Very rare travel Basic Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science 10+ years of working experience programming in Java 3+ years of working experience developing application in Cloud services (AWS preferred) Required Skills Solid working experience on UNIX, Windows, and Cloud platform. Solid understanding of operating systems, networks, security, and standard protocols (tcp/ip, http, ssh, etc.) Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design and programming methodologies Learns quickly and independently. Proficient problem solving skills Creative capacity to transform vision level requirements into working prototypes and design specifications Strong work ethic and team attitude Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in an extremely geographically distributed company Preferred Qualifications Strong development skills in Python, Javascript, or C/C++ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with Cloud Operations and Automation (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) Experience of web development technologies, microservices, and REST API. Experience with Operating system internals In-depth understanding of security and encryption Experience with Serverless Architectures Experience with internationalization and unicode. Proficiency with formal software development and validation processes Familiarity with the healthcare industry and their specific needs.
