Foreign trade director 1 person 20-60k/ month
Job Responsibilities:
1. Search for customer resources through Google, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube and other social media, and explore potential customers;
2. Carry out effective quotation of orders and organize customer resources in time; Ability to adjust business focus and improve business quality according to customer needs;
3. Formulated overall ODM/OEM business planning, strategies and specific implementation steps;
4. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of ODM/OEM customer high-level relationships (establishment and maintenance of manufacturer relationships), making visit plans and organizing regular business exchanges. Establish business connection with ODM/OEM internal departments;
5. Responsible for project management of ODM customers. Manage the whole life cycle of customer projects such as project approval, R&D, testing, production and delivery, and take overall responsibility for the progress and comprehensive quality of customer projects;
6. As the docking project window between customers and the company, I need to coordinate resources, timely and effective evaluation, confirmation and feedback of customers' needs until the demand is closed;
7. Cooperate and assist customers to solve problems in the project, and help customers to achieve smooth mass production by coordinating the company's resources;
8. Follow up the implementation of the project plan, propose and adjust the project plan when necessary, find out the factors affecting the project completion on time and find out the reasons, timely communicate with customers and reach an agreement.
Job Requirements:
1. 30-45 years old, bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of foreign sales management experience, leading a team of more than 10 people for at least 2 years, familiar with foreign trade business process;
2. CET-6 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing, overseas study background is preferred, foreign friends are preferred;
3. Working experience in pet supplies, 3C products, small household appliances and other industries is preferred;
4. Have sales and pre-sales experience
5. Familiar with the industry knowledge, understand the international and domestic market conditions, grasp and predict the product price trend at any time;
6. Familiar with franchise and channel management, led the team to achieve performance targets, and maintained the healthy and stable development of the team;
7. Excellent communication skills, flexible strain ability, internal and external communication ability, cross-department coordination experience and ability;
8. Good professional ethics, rigorous work attitude and teamwork spirit, challenge spirit, able to work under pressure.
Salary Structure:
Basic salary + commission + quarterly bonus
