The CS Chatbot Specialist will be mainly responsible for all functions related with Chatbot. Core tasks will be: 1. Responsible for maintaining the chatbot roadmap. 2. Enhance the chatbot/messaging customer experience. 3. Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of the conversational chatbot while identifying new opportunities to drive automation and customer self-service. 4. Analyse and use data in support of business decisions and recommendations. 5. Support the integration of new products and services, regulatory requirements, tools, and technologies in existing operations. 6. Participate in brainstorms and work together with UX to come up with creative solutions. 7. Effectively build, run and analyse test chat flows to improve the flows 8.Other task / projects assigned by line manager.
