职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities
Understands client business needs and transforms them into a sales strategy and a sales plan through a detailed account plan. (Focus on Italian client business, familiar with Italian culture).
Governs high level relationships, meet key stakeholders, particularly in client HO, and ensures all business contacts are met. Positions BV relationship at the right levels.
Detects leads and opportunities for company value selling.
Leads the sales actions of the BV network.
Interacts with sponsors, market sector leader and (if applicable) other key account managers involved in the same account.
Ensures a good level of client satisfaction.
QHSE
Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of CPS North China.
Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.
Skills & Requirements
Italian written & spoken, excellent communication skill.
3-4 years of university education
3-5 years of sales experience
TIC Technical background/Fashion industry experience will be plus, not a must.
Capacity to interact at different levels of the client’s organization
Ability to position BV as a global player
