Position Specification: This position is responsible for leading development program of IoT/digital application in elevator/escalator, ? Lead a project team for development of new products in accordance with vision of LDC China and OTIS global strategy. ? Manage a cross functional team from different departments/countries. ? Manage Program Schedule, Product Cost and Budget in line with agreed targets ? Communicate effectively with Sr. Management ? Act as scrum master for scrum team Basic Accountabilities: ? Develop agile and cost effective IoT project based on review of current client/customer needs, marketing requirements ? Reach out to various stakeholders to ensure adherence to all requirements regarding technical maturity, cost efficiency and support capability ? Establish project plans and resource allocation ? Present goal and objective to team members and lead them to achieve the target ? Continuously enhance a problem-solving ability of team members by motivation and guidance. ? Maintain horizontal/vertical communication smoothly ? Manage resources, schedule and program risks to ensure on-time completion of programs ? Stay updated about the latest developments in IoT and associated technologies Requirement: ? Experiences in leading program of IoT/digital solutions ? Experience building one or more specific IoT industry solutions, i.e., manufacturing, smart utilities, smart cities, Industrial IoT ? Familiar with SAFe/agile / Scrum management method ? Understanding of cloud computing, network programming, embedded system programming and web / internet programming ? Self-responsible and structured working method, high degree of customer orientation and innovative & entrepreneurial way of thinking ? Excellent skills on planning, reporting, presenting and decision making ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross functional colleagues ? Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedure ? PMP/ACP/Scrum Master certificate is preferred. Education & Experience ? 3 years’ experience building IoT Solution Architecture and developing projects for a large-scale enterprise-wide solution. ? Working experience in global company is preferred. Language: Good in written and spoken English, CET-6 preferred Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Tools (including MS Project) Other Key Competencies: ?
