职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with visa applications for international staff, including filling out required documents and coordinating with the HR team.
- Manage travel budgets and expense reports for the team, including coordinating with vendors and handling reimbursement requests.
- Provide translation and interpretation support for internal communications, as needed.
- Draft simple contracts and agreements between the team and vendors or external partners.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Help the team host coffee meetings by welcoming guests, preparing refreshments, and handling any administrative tasks that may arise.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
- Assist with sending and receiving documents and packages, ensuring they are accurately labeled and delivered in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus.
