岗位职责： 1、Support sales and marketing team to achieve sales target. 帮助销售和市场团队完成销售目标。 2、 Proactively support pre-sales activities and solution proposal. 积极支持售前工作和协助完善解决方案。 3、Reply Helpdesk tickets and answer product questions 通过Helpdesk回复技术工单，帮助客户解决回答产品问题。 4、 Provide after-sale support, hands-on technical troubleshooting 协助提供售后支持，解决硬件故障排除。 5、 Report and feedback product issues to PM for future enhancement 向产品经理报告和反馈产品问题，跟进客户体验。 6、Deliver partner product training 为团队提供产品培训。 7、Generate technical FAQ 完成产品技术常见问题解答。 8、Coordinate and manage RMA process协调推动RMA系统进程。 - 工作經驗：5年以上- 學歷要求：本科学历及以上 - 科系要求：資訊工程相關,資訊管理相關,電機電子工程相關 - 語文條件 • 韓文-(聽:精通、說:精通、讀:精通、寫:精通) • 英文- (聽:中等、說:中等、讀:中等、寫:中等) - 其他條件： * Knowledge专业方面 · Hands-on experiences with storage or networking products & technologies. 有存储或网络产品和技术的实际操作经验。 · Familiar with vertical solutions in surveillance, rich media, Cloud/IT and datacenter is plus. 熟悉监控、多媒体、云/IT、数据中心等垂直解决方案优先。 · Familiar to Windows, macOS, Linux and Vmware environment. ·熟悉Windows、macOS、Linux、Vmware环境。 · Familiar with storage, networking system configuration. ·熟悉存储、网络系统配置。 * Skill 技能 · Troubleshooting & issue analysis故障排除和问题分析 · Outstanding communications and inter-personal skills, Ability to inspire, convince and motivate others优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能够激励、说服他人 · Technical skills on RAID/FC/iSCSI/NAS/networking and Cluster with installation and configuration technical trainings具备RAID/FC/iSCSI/NAS/组网、Cluster相关技术技能，并受过安装、配置技术培训 * Attitude · Must have the passion, proactive, dedication and eager to drive issues to completion and close. · A sense of urgency and desire to do the right thing on time. · Work independently and proactively manage urgent case. · Unquestionable integrity and ethics and a track record of open communication. · Multi-tasking abilities and able to prioritize tasks based on business and technical criteria.
