Rosenberger is looking for Solution Sales Manager supporting Data Center segment and respective customers, to join our growing team in China. The Solution Sales Manager will focus on establishing and maintaining strategic accounts within the assigned client vertical, together to develop new business opportunities by leveraging company’s technology developments and competence.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated the ability and skills to leverage industry and client relationship within the Enterprise, Cloud, Colocation and Hyperscale Data Center industry. The Solution Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of proposing and delivering favorable customer outcomes to target clients.

Job Responsibilities
1. Execute company’s Data Center sales strategy as defined by the Sales Head and management team
2. Implement the defined sales process, deploy programs and deliver outcomes pursuant to the aligned sales budget and plans
3. Utilize professional consultative sales approach to conduct needs analysis and evaluate proper resource engagement
4. Collaborate proactively with Marketing and Product Line Management team to maximize volume, mix & margin
5. Serve as a key member within the Enterprise and Datacenter Sales Team, contributing to strategic direction, program development and customer relationship within the target segment
6. Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales potential and other important activities within market responsibilities

3. 运用专业咨询式销售方法进行需求分析和评估合适的资源投入

5. 作为企业网与数据中心销售团队的核心成员,参与目标细分市场的战略制定、项目开发及客户关系维护
6. 定期向高级管理层反馈市场职责范围内的销售潜力及其他重要活动
Qualifications
1. Bachelor or Master degree in business, marketing, electronics, telecommunication, mechanical engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 5+ years’ sales experience in Data Center segment
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-maker
6. Teamwork sprit and strong coordination capability
7. Fluent English both written and spoken
1. 本科以上学历,商业管理、市场营销、电子工程、通信工程、机械工程或相关专业
2. 至少5年以上数据中心领域销售经验
3. 具备持续达成或超额完成销售指标的销售能力
4. 出色的沟通能力与人际交往能力
5. 能够通过分析销售数据与市场趋势,为战略决策提供相关建议
6. 具备团队协作精神及卓越的跨部门协调能力
7. 英语可为工作语言
